    As usual, we attended the class at 9am. Our president, Muhamad Adam Bin Mohd Zahir presented the proposal to Dr.Por. Then, Dr.Por suggested that we should involve all the students in our committee. Besides, he suggested that we can add some departments like the Judging Committee and others. We are required to record the entire preparation process and make a video for it.  For the competition, we as committees can choose to participate or not participate. 

    After the class, we had a short discussion on Google Meet and decided to add three departments which are the Judging Committee, Public Relation Committee, and Multimedia Committee. We also created a Google Sheet to let all the students choose their desire department.

Name: Soo Nee Kee Matric Number: U2005403/1 Date: 29 April 2021 Venue: WhatsApp Today is a public holiday, so we do not have class. Yesterday, Dr. Por reminded us in the WhatsApp Group to update our blog to the 9th week.  He also reminded us to sign attendance. In addition, he wanted us to continue the project and update the status to him.  This week, the publicity department does not have work. Thus, we continue to promote  our competition on Instagram. I hope we can get enough groups of participants before the registration deadline.

The Fifth Week Preparation

Our advisor, Dr.Por instructed us to discuss and plan our project. We discussed the tasks that should be done and listed them in the Google Sheet. In addition, we also created WhatsApp groups for each department. In the Whatsapp group, we discussed the details of the project, such as registration deadlines and how many posters we should design. Finally, we set our registration deadline as 10 May 2021 and decided to design 3 posters, which are :                1st - Intro to Our Project                2nd - Video Contest Details                 3rd - Registration Every week, a team member is responsible for designing the poster. Seventh Week

Name: Soo Nee Kee Matric Number: U2005403/1 Date: 22 April 2021 Venue: WhatsApp This is the seventh week of Social Engagement (GIG1005)  and we did not have class this morning. This week, we had designed the posters and uploaded them to Instagram to promote this competition. Besides, I had created the Google Form, and the invitation email had been sent to all the students of the University of Malaya. Currently, we have 5 groups of participants only. Thus, we have to work hard and promote this competition so that more people can know about this competition.
