Fourth Meeting

Our president, Muhamad Adam Bin Mohd Zahir presented the proposal to Dr.Por. Then, Dr.Por suggested that we should involve all the students in our committee. Besides, he suggested that we can add some departments like the Judging Committee and others. We are required to record the entire preparation process and make a video for it. For the competition, we as committees can choose to participate or not participate. After the class, we had a short discussion on Google Meet and decided to add three departments which are the Judging Committee, Public Relation Committee, and Multimedia Committee. We also created a Google Sheet to let all the students choose their desire department. .
