This is the eleventh week of our course Social Engagement (GIG1005). This morning, we had a class with our advisor, Dr. Por. He reminded us to finish the peer and lecturer assessments. Furthermore, he informed us that the sponsorship for the competition's award had been rejected. As a result, we must seek support on our own. After some discussion, we agreed to take a portion of our claim for the phone bill and pool it as the fund for the competition's award. We also had to prepare our report and presentation. These are group projects, and we must complete the report and presentation with our group members.

After that, we discussed the project update with Dr.Por. This week, I had created a video submission form for the participants to submit their videos. Besides, we also created the posters for the video submission form and posted them on our official Instagram account.

Eighth Week

Name: Soo Nee Kee Matric Number: U2005403/1 Date: 29 April 2021 Venue: WhatsApp Today is a public holiday, so we do not have class. Yesterday, Dr. Por reminded us in the WhatsApp Group to update our blog to the 9th week.  He also reminded us to sign attendance. In addition, he wanted us to continue the project and update the status to him.  This week, the publicity department does not have work. Thus, we continue to promote  our competition on Instagram. I hope we can get enough groups of participants before the registration deadline.
